Dokument Salvador Dalí: Raná léta představí skrze dosud neviděné záběry klíčové aspekty Dalího mládí v letech 1904 až 1929. Dostanete ucelený pohled na jeho osobnostní i umělecký vývoj od dětství, které bylo výrazně poznamenáno smrtí jeho bratra, přes studia ve Figueres a Madridu, až po navázání kontaktu se surrealistickým hnutím.

Dokumentu předchází sedmiminutový animovaný film Destino, který začali v roce 1946 tvořit Salvador Dalí a Walt Disney. Dokončen byl v produkci Walt Disney Pictures až v roce 2003.
